I loved a lot of things about the Olympics but I found myself very interested in synchronized swimming. Before I cared about fitness I didn’t give much thought to what they did. Now I appreciate how much hard work goes into being able to do that. I would for sure drown!!My goal this week is to add some intensity to my cardio so I can eventually do tat17a!I&#82ab;m also going to do your rainy workout a couple of times.

  • October 15. Members of the department took part in the seminar «Fundraising: cooperation with the German Science Foundation and the organizations», which was organized SPbPU and the German Houses of Research and Innovation (DWIH). The seminar was attended by the German Academic Exchange Service (the DAAD), Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (the DFG), the Russian Science Foundation (RSF), Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR), Foundation of Helmholtz, representatives of the leading German universities partner of SPbPU. They discussed issues on the mechanisms of the work of the German funds with partners from the Russian Federation, the application procedures for competitions and Russian RSF and RFBR funds.
