The purpose of Computer technology in mechanics courseis students familiarity with modern computer technologies and their application in science and education.

Content:

Numerical simulation of mechanical processes: the development of adequate physical and mathematical model of the system studied, the choice of modeling techniques, evaluation of the merits and shortcomings of the approach used, the method implementation in practice, using ready-made modeling packages or their own development, and analysis of the results.
